Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help with a hassle-free return and refund process.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the returned item must:

  • Be unused or gently used with no marks or blemishes 

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact us via email at contact@tracking-collar.com to request a refund including order details so we can track your original order.

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

4. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method usually within 5–10 business days

5. Exchanges

If for whatever reason your item is defective or damaged, we'll replace it at no extra charge. Any damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.

6. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Products damaged through misuse or neglect, or not reported within 7 days of delivery

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't posted after 10 business days please first check with your bank or credit card provider and contact us with their response so we can assist further.
