1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed, if not sooner. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping in the UK and Internationally. We continually liaise with postage providers to provide the best quality shipping methods to ensure our products arrive with you quickly and safely.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes 

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the UK are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
